Loida Angcaya Gutierrez, is a faculty and the Level 3 Chair of Professional Education of the College of Nursing, De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute, Philippines. She received her PhD in Counseling Psychology from De La Salle University- Dasmariñas City. Her dissertation was awarded as the most outstanding.
